New Jacuzzi and Pool

Hi I am building a pool 30’ x 18’ the pool builder wants to use a Hayward filter system what size filter should I get?
I also want to have therapeutic hard pressure coming out of the Jacuzzi Jets there will be eight jets what do I need to do to make sure I will get high pressure?
