We inherited this pool system. I saw that there was water leaking under the heater. I took it apart and figured out that there is a strange looking valve that is leaking. I asked the plumber who came by for a different problem and he has never seen a fitting like this. Went to the local HD / Lowes and the guys looked at my funny. grr. Thought I could post it here and get some guidance for what the part is called and how best to go about replacing it. I hope the pictures are sufficient...
