Need help! New pool and having problems. Maybe a hole?

I have a new unground pool that was put in the end of last year which we never got to swim in. When the pool was "opened" this spring, which still needs to be finished such as inatalling the light, check plumbing as it was never run etc, there were creases in the liner in the shallow end. I know by now they are permanent but where the liner meets the bottom corner where the wall and floor meet, the liner is raised up and if I go to stand on it it would probably put a hole in it.
