My pool was finished just before summer of 2001 - initially with a plaster marble dust. It was refinished with Diamond Brite in 2011. I terminated the service of my pool company this year and have finally gotten my water balanced and stable, with FC at 7'ish, pH at 7.6-7.8, TA at 60-70 and CH at 350. But to get there, I had to bring teh TA down from 120+, pH down from 8+, and CH up from 70. I looked at my records for this year and then for past years going back to when I opened the pool...
