New Pool - atlanta area

We are looking at putting in a pool and a spa in the metro Atlanta area. We have had two people out, and we are waiting on three more. We are going for more of the cocktail style pool, 15x22ish, and then a 7x7 spa. We also want an area for a patio that will eventually have a covered patio. To say we got sticker shock was an understatement. We got quotes two years ago on free form and it was around 70k. Anyway, here are the quotes. Anything jump out?
