Unable to log into Hayward omnilogic "The transaction log for database 'NextGen' is full."

Since today we are unable to log into the Hayward omnilogic system.

On the web browser I get the following error: "The transaction log for database 'NextGen' is full. To find out why space in the log cannot be reused, see the log_reuse_wait_desc column in sys.databases"

On the android app we get "An unexpected error has occurred. Please try again later"

What I have done:
1. I contacted Hayward support to see what they have to say, have not heard back yet.
2. I attempted to clear the log...
