New Pool fill and high TA

Hello, we just got a new vinyl liner installed and pool refill. Been tackling getting my Cya up to normal levels using sock method and almost to normal levels there. However, my TA is quite high. After I get my CYA up a bit more how should I lower my TA and level out PH?
