hello i am a newbie i would like some info on salt water pool

we have a 13500 gal pool and we have just drained cleaned and refilled we have added roughly about 280# of salt. we checked our chemicals and every things is within specs except the chlorine and stabilizer. pool is clear. we have added 1 gal liquid stabilizer and roughly 3# granulated stabilizer and have been following that with several bags of granule chlorine and 1 gallon of liquid shock yesterday and today it is showing to be low. i am not sure what i am missing here to get this...
