Help Needed - Freeze Protect Failed and Above Ground Lines are Frozen.

So we've had some cold temps below freezing in Central Texas over the couple of days. I've been below freezing for about 48 hours. Lowest temp was about 25 F. I wasn't too worried because I knew the freeze protect on my hayward system would kick on and I'd be ok. I was able to get out there today to check on the pool and I was horrified when I saw the pump was not running. I was able to open the pump basket and it had some ice in it.
