One of the microbrites started flickering and went off sync. The PB sent someone and they could not unscrew the light. I did not see them use the pentair tool- (p/n 620459)- he kept trying with pliers and screwdrivers. Told us to heat up the pool so he could really get to it- came back in 2 days and did the same thing. I took a closer look and found he had scratched the gunite in the area (can't really see it unless you look closely- but annoying nonetheless). Also, that is when I looked up...
