Jandy Variable Speed pump set to aux for higher speed

I am trying to figure out how to set one of my RS Auxiliary buttons so that when my pool guy is there it will increase the speed of my pump by a push of the button, so his vacuum works. I have tried several different ways in Iaqualink software, but cant seem to figure it out.
