Privacy Screen Ideas

I’m looking for ideas for a privacy screen for our hot tub. On one side there’s direct line of sight from some of our neighbor’s windows which I’d prefer to block. I was thinking perhaps a short section of shade tolerant hedge plants but that would be years before they would be tall enough.
