New pool in Phoenix

Just saying Hi. I have been looking in here for a while and read some great information.

We are in the process of getting bids for or pool/ spa build.
Now we are reviewing a couple bids and narrowing down the wants, needs and equipment lists.
Here is a coupe renderings we received. Pease give some thoughts as this will be our first pool.
