Help, the pool is leaking

I bought my new house with the pool 15 months ago. Had a great season with the help of TFP all year. I closed the pool a month ago and in recent days the pool water has begun to drain away under the tarp cover. I have no idea how old the vinyl liner is but it’s old, it’s stretched and pulled away from most corners a little bit. I have called several pool companies and the only one that would return my call wanted pictures (of the still covered pool?) and then just said the liner needs...
