Dirty water

Had a couple heavy rainstorms in the last month which caused some dirt to wash into the pool. I've raised chlorine levels and have ran my pump 24/7 ever since but I think my pump and sand filter have done everything they're capable of without a little extra help.

Should I add floc or DE?

Any details on the method of choice would be helpful.
