New pool owner... I noticed my pump rattling so I disassembled it to see if I could track down the source. No debris in the pump, the only thing that looks suspicious is this gap (crack?) in the diffuser (part SB3000 - BN).
Just wanted to confirm that this is indeed cracked and not how it's intended to look.
